If you are a teacher/trainer in IT/OT subjects, in this report you will find out which are companies´needs and skill gaps related to cybersecurity in OT environments. You will also find which are the gaps we have detected in the curriculum of 5 countries and which kind of contents are necessary to cover those gaps.
Training course on “Fundamentals of cybersecurity in OT environments” (generic picture or screenshot and description below + link in the picture to access the course).
While the course is addressed to anyone with an interest in learning about cybersecurity in operational technology (OT) environments, the course is specially intended for OT professionals/teachers in the field of automation and IT professionals/teachers in the field of network management. As a teacher/trainer, you can use the course for self-learning but you can also use the content directly to embed it in your regular lessons. The course is structured in 5 modules and each module is divided into specific knowledge pills and key concepts, making if flexible to adapt to any learning context.
Knowledge pills in cybersecurity in OT environments for different VET contexts (generic picture or picture from cascade training + link in the picture to different sections: Spain/Denmark/NL/Italy/Estonia). In each section the programme + materials will be available.
Addressed to VET teachers in automation and network management, these contents are a summary of the bigger course “Fundamentals of cybersecurity in OT environments”. They have been specially adapted to the needs related to cybersecurity skills detected in VET programmes in automation and network management from the different countries participating in the project. You can use the contents available in each country section for self-learning and also for training other colleagues in your college/other colleges from your network.
Challenge based learning activity addressed to VET students (picture of the students working together + link in the picture to access this section where the challenge and the different resources will be available)
Time to give VET students an important role in the dissemination of a cybersecurity culture! The challenge based activity has been designed by a team of teachers from Denmark, NL and Spain and students from these countries have participated in 3 international and interdisciplinary teams to propose a solution to the challenge. If you want to implement this activity with your own students and/or start an international collaboration with other school in the area of OT cybersecurity, these are the materials for you!
